About me

Jen believes that the world cannot exist without each and every person's unique contribution. It is her passion to help people ignite their sparks by guiding and empowering them to express and elevate their innate gifts. From the board room to the classroom, and from the therapy office to the administration office, she has worked successfully with people of all backgrounds and at every level of leadership. Her optimistic, practical, and collaborative approach is the impetus for positive change.

A Psychologist's Lens

Jen is a licensed psychologist turned business coach and consultant, who has spent her career in a wide range of settings from clinical to nonprofit to legal and corporate. She has most recently been a fractional COO for several organizations. Before offering her experience and expertise as the partner to CEOs, she was the Dean of Student Learning at a local private school. There, she was part of a visionary leadership team and coached several educators under her supervision. Prior to that role, Jen had a private clinical practice and also worked in a large public school district for many years.

Jen uses a strengths-based approach, systems thinking, and a lens of emotional intelligence to guide her work.

Leadership in Nonprofits

Alongside her career, Jen also devotes much of her energy to community work, focusing on leadership and social service. She sits on several boards and executive committees, including leadership development, access to health care, and strategic planning. Jen also served as the president of a young adult board.

Jen co-creates a personalized approach with each client to empower, elevate, and ignite every leader and organization. She assesses and capitalizes on the strengths that are present to optimize goals and outcomes. She is particularly passionate about giving new leaders and teams the best tools to become exceptional.
