Jen believes that the world cannot exist without each and every person's unique contribution. It is her passion to help people ignite their sparks by guiding and empowering them to express and elevate their innate gifts. From the board room to the classroom, and from the therapy office to the administration office, she has worked successfully with people of all backgrounds and at every level of leadership. Her optimistic, practical, and collaborative approach is the impetus for positive change.

Alongside my career, I also devote much of my energy to community work, serving on several boards and executive committees, including community development, access to health care, bridge building, and strategic planning.
